Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1st January 2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the following qualification.

1. For Executive Assistant: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with Diploma in Computer Application
2. For Nirman Sahayak: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institute recognised by the State Government or the Central Government
3. For Gram Panchayat Secretary: Passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the WBCHSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council
4. For Gram Panchayat Sahayak: Passed Madhyamik Examination from WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board or Council or recognized University
5. For Block Informatics Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Bachelor’s Degree (Hon’s) in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any stream with “A” level certificate course of DOEACC
6. For Samiti Education Officer (Open Category): Graduate degree with Post Graduate B.Ed. degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching
7. For Samiti Education Officer (Selection Category): Graduate degree with post Graduate B.Ed. Degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching
8. For Accounts Clerk:Madhyamik Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or University or Council.
9. For Clerk-cum-Typist:Madhyamik Examination from the WBBSE or its equivalent examination from any recognised Board or University or Council and Having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.

Selection Procedure:Selection will be made through an open competitive examination. All appointments will initially be made on a temporary basis.
